Hackney Marsh Partnership works to alleviate poverty and reduce isolation in Hackney, to enable individuals and communities to flourish.

We work with young people between the ages of 8 to 24. We’re based at Concorde Youth Hub on the Kingsmead Estate & Stoke Newington Youth Hub on the Milton Garden Estate.

We provide a place for young people, that’s not school and not home, to support them to develop the services they need to increase their skills and confidence. Open to the whole community, our work includes focusing on young people who are not in education, training or employment to motivate and encourage them.

We also work with young people identified by members of the community, youth support members and other organisations as at risk of offending.

Since 1996 Hackney Marsh Partnership has worked with local people in Kingsmead, Clapton, Homerton and Gascoyne to pioneer and establish specialist projects and services.

We work local residents to develop grassroots projects which have a useful and relevant impact.
