Ideal for small function events, Kingsmead is the smallest of our available spaces, yet offers a practical 897 sq ft floor space. This venue also benefits from additional patio courtyard space outside. The centre is available for functions and parties, meetings, training and other activities.

Hire times: 9:30AM - 22:00PM (minimum hire time 4 hours)

Booking and payment Information:

 

• Prices from £30 per hour and £27 for Sanctuary residents.

• Discounts apply for Sanctuary residents and community organisations.

• There is an additional £250 deposit which you get back two working days after your event.

• Minimum of £50 Deposit required to hold the date. If you cancel your booking there will be a £50 cancellation fee.

• Please note a form of photo ID will be required, i.e. passport or a driving licence when making a booking.

Please be aware that we have a lot of Projects in the halls so there is  no availability for private hire Monday - Friday.
