the 12th annual bike ride

Each year Hackney Marsh Partnership supporters, volunteers, management committee and young people get on their bikes to visit the Cambridgeshire countryside. Over then 10 years it has been running, the bike ride has helped raise £1000's for youth work in Hackney.

a beautiful day

The day itself includes a route on quiet roads featuring some of the most beautiful countrydside in the region. Routes are mapped out to accommodate children and families as well as those looking for a challenge. Cyclists meet in Hackney and are then dropped off at the route start (you can meet there if you want to). Everyone is then picked up at the finishing point. Along the way are 'pit stops' and places to pause and take in the scenery.

raise cash - make a difference

All participants must register. You'll then be sent a sponsorship pack. The bike ride is in support of youth work being pioneered and developed by Hackney Marsh Partnership in some of the most disadvantaged wards in London. The more you are sponsored, the more money is raised, the more we can do. Your support enables us to progress our vision and work with young people, and make all the difference.
