Getting Started When the best placement opportunity has been identified and agreed, the placement can start!
Celebrating Achievement At the end of the 30-week placement an achievement ceremony takes place. This event is to highlight and celebrate the work which has been undertaken. Certificates of Completion are awarded. This is followed by a special lunch in celebration of the achievements made by the trainee at their work placement. The Intermediate Labour Market project managed by Stepping Up is run in partnership with Hackney Play Service.
