Good Companions is a welcoming space for older people open on Monday afternoons between 2 and 4 pm at the Kabin on Kingsmead Estate.

If you can remember what it was like to live through the seventies, or those swinging sixties (or before) you'll enjoy the good companions.

Sometimes we have a discussion, a guest to provoke discussion, a quiz or sometimes we play games - maybe cards, draughts or dominoes. Once a month, we all bring some food to share, and for the summer months we are planning some trips out. We always have a great discussion, and drink lots of tea and coffee!
